By visiting geteyerise.com, starting a trial, creating an account, downloading EyeRise, or using the software, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EyeRise.

These terms are issued by the operator of the EyeRise product and website at geteyerise.com ("EyeRise," "we," "us"). EyeRise is the public product name. A formal formed-entity legal name is not listed on this page. Legal notices may be sent to support@geteyerise.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to start a paid subscription or a free trial that requires a payment method. If you use EyeRise for someone else, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

EyeRise is digital wellness and productivity software for screen habits, display comfort, breaks, and related features. EyeRise is a digital wellness tool — not a substitute for professional eye care.

EyeRise is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

EyeRise does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a medical device, not emergency care, and not a substitute for a comprehensive eye exam or care from a qualified professional.

Do not use EyeRise instead of professional eye care or emergency services. If you have pain, sudden vision changes, or a medical emergency, contact a qualified professional or call your local emergency number.

EyeRise does not promise, guarantee, or warrant any medical, clinical, or health outcome. Display tinting, greyscale, break reminders, scores, and coaching are lifestyle and productivity tools only.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use EyeRise on devices you subscribe for, solely for your personal wellness and productivity use, in accordance with these terms. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if your trial or subscription ends.

You agree to provide accurate contact information when you sign up or contact support. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.

Sign-in uses the email you provide at checkout. Keep that email accurate so we can send receipts, download instructions, and account notices. You are responsible for activity on devices signed in with your email.

• Use EyeRise only for lawful personal wellness purposes
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute EyeRise as your own product
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
• Do not submit health records, diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance information, or other sensitive medical information to EyeRise
• Do not use EyeRise to provide medical care or to tell others that EyeRise diagnoses or treats any condition

Paid consumer plans are billed through Stripe. The current advertised prices on geteyerise.com are $14.99 per month or $99 per year per selected device after any trial. Annual is $99 versus $179.88 if you paid monthly for a year (save $80.88). Unless a different amount is shown at Stripe Checkout, the checkout amount controls. 7 days free. No charge today. Then $14.99/month per selected device, or $99/year if you choose annual at checkout, until canceled. EyeRise is desktop software for Windows, macOS, and Linux — not available on iPhone or Android. One subscription is one computer. Do not start another checkout for a phone.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and then auto-renews at the then-current plan price until you cancel. Starting a trial collects a payment method so that first charge and later renewals can happen without another checkout.

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal (from your receipt email or billing link) or by emailing support@geteyerise.com from your checkout email. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access typically continues until the end of the paid period already charged, unless Stripe or applicable law requires otherwise. A bank dispute (chargeback) on a recognized EyeRise charge revokes access for that subscription the same day and cancels later renewals. Cancel at geteyerise.com/refund or geteyerise.com/account if you want access through the paid period.

Refunds are not guaranteed. Charges already processed are generally non-refundable except where Stripe, a card network, or applicable law requires a refund (for example certain cooling-off rules). EyeRise does not offer a satisfaction, comfort, or health-outcome guarantee. Email support@geteyerise.com if you believe a charge was made in error.

EyeRise, the EyeRise name, logos, software, and site content are owned by EyeRise or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the software except as allowed by these terms.

Some members arrive through a friend referral or creator link. The person who referred you may receive $1 on each paid monthly invoice, or $5 on each paid yearly invoice (including renewals), if you subscribe. Payouts are not guaranteed and need email confirm and Stripe Connect where required. EyeRise handles checkout, onboarding, and support.

If you join the EyeRise Creator Program, the Creator Program Terms also apply and control for payouts, holds, disclosures, and prohibited traffic. Read the Creator Program Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Operating-system notices (including Microsoft SmartScreen, Smart App Control, or Apple Gatekeeper) are controlled by those platforms, not by EyeRise. An Authenticode signature is not a Microsoft Store listing and is not a Microsoft endorsement. Publisher reputation is scored separately from a signature. We do not warrant that any platform will never show a security prompt.

EyeRise is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that EyeRise will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EyeRise and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — EyeRise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to EyeRise will not exceed the amounts you paid to EyeRise for the subscription at issue in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (US $50) if you have not paid. Some places do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend and hold EyeRise and its operators harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of EyeRise, your violation of these terms, or your submission of information you were asked not to send (including health or medical information).

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using EyeRise and cancel any subscription.
