Wellness software — not medical care

EyeRise is digital wellness software for screen habits, breaks, tinting, and related comfort features. EyeRise is a digital wellness tool — not a substitute for professional eye care. EyeRise does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not emergency care. Do not use EyeRise instead of professional eye care or emergency services. EyeRise does not guarantee any medical or health outcome.

Your account and contact information

You agree to provide accurate contact information when you sign up, complete clinic setup, or contact support. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.

Acceptable use

  • Use EyeRise only for lawful personal or authorized clinic-partner purposes
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute EyeRise as your own product
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
  • Do not submit sensitive medical records or clinical data through One Scan intake

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise at checkout. 7 days free. Then $24.99/month per selected device subscription until canceled. Desktop and mobile access may require separate subscriptions. Prices, renewal dates, and cancellation are shown at checkout and in your Stripe customer portal when available. You may cancel renewal according to the flow provided at purchase. Refunds, if any, follow Stripe and applicable billing-provider policies — EyeRise does not offer a 30-day satisfaction or comfort guarantee.

Clinic and partner relationships

Some users arrive through an eye care clinic or partner recommendation. A clinic may recommend EyeRise as a digital wellness tool. That recommendation is not medical advice, a prescription, or supervision of your treatment by a doctor through EyeRise. Your provider may receive partner compensation if you subscribe; EyeRise handles checkout, onboarding, and support. Partner and compensation arrangements are governed by separate partner agreements between EyeRise and the clinic.

Disclaimer of warranties

EyeRise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EyeRise and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the software.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
