Creator Program Terms

Payouts, holds, required disclosures, and prohibited traffic for the EyeRise Creator Program.

Effective: September 13, 2026·Last updated: September 13, 2026

Agreement

These Creator Program Terms apply if you request or use an EyeRise creator or consumer referral link, including geteyerise.com/creators and in-app Invite friends. They add to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about creator payouts, holds, disclosures, or prohibited traffic, these Creator Program Terms control.

The program is operated by EyeRise at geteyerise.com. Questions: support@geteyerise.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to receive payouts through Stripe Connect where offered. EyeRise may refuse, pause, or close a creator account.

How earnings work

  • The public creator rate is $1 (US) per month per active paid subscriber attributed to your link, while that subscription stays paid.
  • Rewards start only after a referred user’s 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription. Free trials do not generate creator earnings.
  • Attribution follows the referral cookies and checkout metadata from your /r/ link. EyeRise decides whether a subscription is eligible.
  • These are not typical results. Many creators earn $0. There is no guaranteed income.

Payouts and hold period

  • Eligible credits usually stay pending for a hold period of 30 days (or the number of days EyeRise configures for commission holds) after the qualifying paid invoice.
  • After the hold, credits may become payable and are paid through Stripe Connect once you finish payout setup and Stripe enables payouts.
  • EyeRise may delay, withhold, reverse, or claw back amounts for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or terms violations.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

Affiliate and endorsement disclosure

  • If you promote EyeRise and may earn from a subscription, you must disclose that material connection clearly and conspicuously on each promotion — for example, that you may earn if someone subscribes through your link.
  • Follow the FTC Endorsement Guides and any platform rules where you post. Do not hide the disclosure below the fold, only in a profile, or only in hashtags that people are likely to miss.
  • People who arrive through your link may also see EyeRise’s own notice that a referrer may receive compensation.

Fraud and prohibited traffic

  • Fake, duplicate, or self-referred accounts created to manufacture commissions
  • Bots, click farms, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or malware
  • Paid traffic that you know is fraudulent, incentivized in a way that violates these terms, or designed only to harvest cookies
  • Claiming EyeRise diagnoses, treats, or is a medical device
  • Using EyeRise trademarks in ads or domains in a misleading way
  • Spam, scraped contact lists, or promotions that violate the rules of the site or network where you post

EyeRise may withhold payouts, void pending credits, close your creator account, and disable your link if we reasonably believe you used prohibited traffic or broke these terms. We may do that without paying disputed amounts.

Changes

We may update these Creator Program Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of a creator link after an update means you accept the revised terms. To stop, stop promoting EyeRise and email support@geteyerise.com to close the creator account.
