What is Greyscale Mode?

Greyscale Mode is a one-tap screen filter that removes all color from the display. Without color competing for attention, patients can hone in and focus on work, reading, or winding down. Use it as a quick reset or all-day mode on Desktop (OS-level filter), iPhone, Android, and the web app.

Yes — on each device with an active Pro+ subscription. When a patient signs in on more than one subscribed device, presets, break rhythm, Greyscale preference, daily protected minutes, breaks taken, and Eye Score sync within ~30 seconds.

EyeRise ships with the evidence-backed 20-20-20 rhythm on by default — a 20-second look-far break every 20 minutes — and patients can choose Gentle, Balanced, Frequent, or a fully Custom rhythm. The break itself is a full-screen guided overlay with a live countdown, not just a notification.

No. EyeRise is a digital wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and does not replace professional eye care.

How does partner activity tracking work?

Each partner receives a unique practice link and QR code. Subscriptions from your recommendations are attributed to your clinic; eligible partner credits follow your written partner agreement while patients stay subscribed.

How are partner credits paid out?

Accepted Answer

Partner credits move from pending to payable after a 30-day hold, then pay monthly. Practices can connect Stripe for automatic bank deposit, or receive Zelle, ACH, or check. EyeRise never asks for raw bank details — Stripe handles secure onboarding.

Can I send bulk patient invites with a custom note?

Yes. Inside the Partners workspace, paste a batch of patient emails and add an optional personal note (for example, 'From your visit on June 12'). EyeRise sends each invite individually and tracks who subscribes.
