Troubleshooting

Tint not applying after install

  1. Quit and reopen EyeRise from the Start menu / Applications folder
  2. Check Settings → screen comfort is enabled
  3. On Linux Wayland, some gamma features may be limited — overlay tint should still work
  4. Email us with your OS version if the issue persists

Breaks not showing

  1. Check notification permissions for EyeRise in system settings
  2. Verify break reminders are enabled in EyeRise settings
  3. Make sure Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is not blocking alerts

Dashboard not loading

  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Try opening the dashboard in an incognito window
  4. Email us at support@geteyerise.com if the issue continues
