Troubleshooting
Tint not applying after install
- Quit and reopen EyeRise from the Start menu / Applications folder
- Check Settings → screen comfort is enabled
- On Linux Wayland, some gamma features may be limited — overlay tint should still work
- Email us with your OS version if the issue persists
Breaks not showing
- Check notification permissions for EyeRise in system settings
- Verify break reminders are enabled in EyeRise settings
- Make sure Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is not blocking alerts
Dashboard not loading
- Clear your browser cache
- Check your internet connection
- Try opening the dashboard in an incognito window
